The part most trackers miss

Choosing a habit is easy. Staying with it when motivation goes quiet is the hard part.

“A streak records what happened. A witness changes what happens next.”CoThrive is designed around that difference.

Four ways to use CoThrive

Start alone. Invite one person. Or move as a group.

The structure changes with the goal. Your progress language stays consistent.

Personal Habits

Private practice, without the performance.

Track a Habit on your own — with the schedule and check-in style that match the action.

Habit Groups

Accountability that feels close, not public.

Invite friends with a private code. Share the check-ins you choose — and keep private Habits private.

Challenges

Compete, rank, or win as one team.

Set clear rules before you begin — a Race, a time-based ranking, or one shared Team Goal.

Compound Routines

Several small Habits. One sequence you can start.

Stack at least two private Habits in order — each keeps its own rhythm.

Flexible rhythms

Not every meaningful habit belongs in a daily streak.

Pick the rhythm that fits your real week. Four options, so the schedule follows you.

Fixed interval

Set the habit to repeat every few days, from once a day up to every 30 days. After each check-in, CoThrive moves the next due day forward so habits like laundry or a long run still have a clear schedule.

This weekEvery 2 days

Due every few days, not every calendar day.

After the check-in

Progress becomes something you can read.

Completion history, schedule-aware streaks, and group analytics, plus reminders for the moment you usually forget.

Good questions

Know what is shared before you share it.

Can I use CoThrive on my own?

Yes. Personal Habits are private, and you can use CoThrive without joining a group. Social accountability is available when you want it, not required for every goal.

What can friends see?

Private Habit details stay private. Content you intentionally share inside a Habit Group or Challenge is visible to its participants, including shared check-ins and photo posts.

Do I need to post a photo for every check-in?

No. Depending on the mode, you can use a simple check-off, allow either a photo or a check-off, or require photo posts when proof is part of the agreement.

What kinds of Challenges can I create?

CoThrive supports a Race to a target, a time-based Ranked challenge, and a Team Goal where everyone contributes to one shared result.

What is included in Free and Pro?

Free includes three combined Habit, Habit Group, and Compound Routine slots plus one accepted active or awaiting Challenge. Pro raises the unified capacity to 50 and includes verified extras such as custom reminders and photo export. Current prices are shown in the App Store.

Which platforms are supported?

CoThrive is currently available for iPhone. Android is in development; no release date is claimed until it is verified.
